'PARKINS & GOTTO' WALNUT DRESSING CHEST

This box came into us after being left outside in the rain for a long while. We allowed the box to dry (2 years) then full restoration took place this included, structural repairs, veneer repairs (including press and bag press application) Hand engraving, acid etching and re-silvering. It was also re-polished and all repairs touched out, any veneers removed from the box were re-used to patch the piece.
